Tribute, Company (referred to as either "Tribute," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tribute Music Gallery, located at 8208 C. F. Hawn Fwy, Dallas, TX 75217.

Merchandise refers to physical goods (e.g., apparel, accessories) offered for sale, typically fulfilled through a third-party service and occasionally created in-house.

Membership(s) refers to the various membership plans granting access and privileges to Tribute Music Gallery.

Order means a request by You to purchase Memberships, Merchandise, or other services from Us.

Printful refers to the print-on-demand third-party company used by Tribute to fulfill and ship Merchandise orders.

Service refers to the Website and services offered by Tribute.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Policy Regarding Memberships and Other Direct Tribute Purchases

Memberships: All Membership fees, including new member activation fees, membership renewal fees, and dues at the door, are strictly non-refundable. Membership provides access for the paid duration.

Membership Renewal: Our Membership plans do not automatically renew. Renewal requires manual action by the member, preventing unexpected charges. Once a renewal payment is made, it is non-refundable.

Third-Party Payment Services: If membership dues are paid using a 3rd-party service, all issues and questions regarding payments, charges, and refunds are to be handled directly by the 3rd-party service. Tribute Music Gallery is not responsible for resolving payment disputes or processing refunds for transactions handled by third-party payment processors.

Other Services: Any fees for other services purchased directly from Tribute (excluding Merchandise handled via Printful) are also non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing for that specific service.

No Cancellation Rights for Refund: There is no right to cancel a Membership or other direct Gallery service purchase for a refund after payment has been made.
Policy Regarding Merchandise (Fulfilled by Printful)
Our Merchandise (such as apparel found in the "Merch" section) is created and shipped using Printful, a print-on-demand service. The return and refund policy for Merchandise is therefore based on Printful's policies.

No Returns for Buyer's Remorse: We (and Printful) do not offer refunds or exchanges for Merchandise due to buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or similar reasons. Size charts are typically provided where applicable, and You are responsible for selecting the correct size and item.

Returns/Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: We will facilitate a replacement or refund for Merchandise only if it arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, or if an order is lost in transit by the carrier.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or misprinted Merchandise, You must contact Us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please include Your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or misprint.

For orders lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed.

Process: Once we receive your claim and evidence, we will liaise with Printful to verify the issue. If Printful approves the claim according to their policy, a replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. We will notify You of the resolution.

Do Not Return Items Directly: Please do not send Merchandise back to Tribute Music Gallery's physical address or directly to Printful unless specifically instructed to do so by Us after initiating a claim. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed.
General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests for Merchandise if the claim does not meet Printful's criteria (e.g., reported outside the 30-day window, lack of evidence, issue is due to customer error).

This policy is subject to applicable Texas and federal law. While our policy is generally non-refundable for direct Gallery purchases, statutory rights you may have under applicable law are not affected.
